Planned Parenthood won’t give us hazard pay or protect patients

I work at Planned Parenthood, in the abortion clinic.

They put out an HR policy where we have to use up our existing PTO before we can use COVID PTO.

They told us we can’t have hazard pay; management is dragging their feet about rewriting the PTO policy after they saw how angry we were.

We have elderly staff, and the only reason they are quarantined at home is because we, the employees, told them to go home—management did not.

They are refusing to lighten our patient load to give staff time to sanitize surfaces. We are running low on PPE.

Management is not doing their job; they have barely been overseeing anything, and yet they make more money than us.

How are my low-income students supposed to ‘remote learn?’
